In November 2008, the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration issued Ministerial Instructions giving priority processing to 38 occupations. What used to be 5 years processing have now become 6 to 12 months. For more information, please read the full text – Ministerial Instructions 2008. If you have at least one year experienced in any of the occupations listed below within the last 10 years, please fill our online assessment form or send us your detailed resume for evaluation. You may be qualified to apply under the Federal Skilled worker category.
